Description
This Moroccan spice is hand blended using 21 different herbs and spices releasing an explosion of flavors on your tongue. It has mild heat and is common in Moroccan Tagine dishes. It also tastes great mixed with a little yogurt and used as a chicken marinade. Ingredients: ginger, coriander, cinnamon, chili pepper, paprika, cumin, allspice, black pepper, tumeric, mace, nutmeg, cardamom, rose petals, fennel seed, anise seed, fenugreek, cloves, cayenne pepper, lavender, and bay leaves.
